A Lifetime of Work,
Service, and Integrity
meet rand
Rand Bettridge was born and raised in Cedar City and graduated from Cedar High School. After attending Southern Utah University and serving a full-time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Tacoma, Washington, Rand returned home to build his life and his career in Iron County.
At just fourteen years old, Rand began working in his family business, KB Oil. Years later, he and his brother owned and operated KB Oil–KB Express, employing more than 300 people. Under their leadership, the company was recognized as Cedar City’s Business of the Year in 2018.
Through his family’s business, Rand has also supported local youth programs and community traditions for many years, including agricultural education and youth livestock programs in Iron County. Rand and his family have always loved investing in young people and giving back to the community that had given so much to his family.
Throughout his career, Rand managed large budgets, complex operations, and major responsibilities — experience that translates directly to the decisions facing Iron County today.
Beyond business, Rand has served his community on the Cedar City Planning and Zoning Committee, on multiple industry advisory boards, as a youth baseball and basketball coach, and in a variety of ecclesiastical leadership capacities.
Married to his wife, Cami, for 32 years, Rand is a proud father of five and a grandfather of four. Today, retired from business, he is focused on serving Iron County in the second half of his life, not for personal gain, but to give back.
